New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is soliciting sealed proposals for professional cybersecurity services in support of its approved Cybersecurity Assessment & Intrusion Detection Services project under the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP), administered by the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES).
Scope Summary
- External Network Penetration Testing
- Internal Network Penetration Testing
- Wireless Network Testing
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Asset Inventory Reconciliation
- HIPAA Compliance Evaluation
- Network Segmentation Validation
- Reporting and Documentation
- Limited cybersecurity training, awareness, and knowledge-transfer activities embedded within the professional services engagement
Follow-up validation testing and retesting within one (1) year of the initial engagement
All services under this procurement are remote service and/or software-based. No equipment acquisition, installation, construction, or other activities subject to Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP) review are included in this solicitation.
